Social Media Manager

Location: Remote

We are looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Manager to join our team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Work with program director to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
  • Monitor social media progress

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience and success as a social media manager
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content
  • Experience with social media, engagement, and analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Must be detailed, organized, and have a great ability to multitask

Clinical Licensed Therapist

Text and Online Counseling is a fast-growing telemental health provider committed to providing exemplary clinical care and a remote working environment that is both nurturing and rewarding to providers. We deliver mental health services with high standards of ethics, dedication to privacy, and attention to the consumer experience.

Text and Online Counseling (TOC) seeks Clinically Licensed Telehealth Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT only) who enjoy working from home and creating their own schedules. The service goals are to improve and stabilize the client’s functioning in school, work, social, and familial domains by addressing and treating symptoms of adjustment, trauma, depression, anxiety, or other mental health diagnoses. Specific interventions/modalities are short-term in nature and include but are not limited to the use of cognitive or dialectical behavioral and family systems strategies. The telehealth counselor will develop and implement treatment plans based on the service recipient’s needs and goals.

Minimum requirements

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
  • NJ or PA State Clinical licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
  • At least three years of relevant experience working with youth, couples, adults, or families experiencing behavioral and emotional challenges.
  • Previous experience working with confidential information.
  • Solid technological skills are strongly encouraged.
  • Must have availability to work with at least 15 45-minute sessions per week.

*This is a part-time fee-for-service position.
